About Me

I’m a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, registered member with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
Being an integrative practitioner allows me to tailor the process, depending on individual needs. I believe working relationally, so the therapuetic relationship is an integral part to my practice. It is also a collaborative process, where we work together to enable you to find your unique path towards a more fulfilling life.
I grew up in Budapest, Hungary, where I studied modern languages and qualified as a language teacher. Since then I have moved within and across borders several times which has given me an appreciation and curiosity about people’s unique perspectives and experiences. Working as a teacher and volunteering in various therapeutic settings made me realise that I am most motivated when I am contributing to people’s development and well-being.
I completed a foundation year in Psychodynamic Counselling at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation in London, followed by a Diploma in Integrative Psychoterapuetic Counselling at the Northern Guild in Newcastle, which is accredited by both BACP and UKCP.
