About
About Therapy
Therapy is a space where you can talk and explore your feelings and difficulties. It is an opportunity to be listened to not with judgement, but with curiosity.
It is my role to offer new perspectives, identify patterns and ask questions that encourage further reflection. Together we can start to better understand your experiences and any issues you my have.
This awareness provides the basis for you to move forward and find new ways to navigate life.

Being an integrative practitioner allows me to tailor the process, depending on individual needs. I draw on a range of approaches such as transactional analysis, psychodynamic and person-centred models to provide the support you require in exploring the issues with which you’re having difficulties. I believe in working relationally, so the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of my practice. It is also a collaborative process, where we work together to enable you to find your unique path towards a more fulfilling life.
About Me

I’m a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, registered member with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
I grew up in Budapest, Hungary, where I studied modern languages and qualified as a language teacher. Since then, I have moved within and across borders several times, which has given me an appreciation and curiosity about people’s unique perspectives and experiences. Working as a teacher and volunteering in various therapeutic settings made me realise that I am most motivated when I am contributing to people’s development and well-being.
I completed a foundation year in Psychodynamic Counselling at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation in London, followed by a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling at the Northern Guild in Newcastle, which is accredited by both BACP and UKCP.
